How Pricing Works​

• ​Basic Pricing Factors are based on Property Size (sq/ft)

• Number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms 

• Additional Beds in each bedroom

• Any additional areas (multiple kitchens, laundry rooms, family rooms, etc)

Linen Services

• Linen services items are included in turnovers.

• Owner Items: Owners must provide at Minimum two comforters for each bed in the property.

​

Basic Linens Included in the Linen Service:

• Beds: Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets and Pillowcases

• Towels: Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths, Bath Mats

• Kitchen Towels: Dishtowels
